Our vision begins with Evangelism, which just means sharing the good news of Jesus. We do that first with our neighbors, paying attention to love our neighbors as ourselves. Mission Vineyard also partners with local schools like Rogers Academy and others providing food and clothing for students throughout the year and encouragement for teachers. We have regular partnerships with our homeless friends on the streets as well.

Sunday church services are our primary connection point for discipleship. We envision 100% of all church attendees to be a part of a small group because it’s in small groups that we authentically get to grow in relationships with God and others. These groups also facilitate practical training on finances, parenting, marriage, and getting started in faith.
Multiplying leaders begins when leaders see their own primary role of stewarding dignity of each unique individual to their own growth and development. Leaders will often choose an apprentice who will be released into leadership with healthy steps.
We focus on training that “equips the saints for ministry.” This includes our five step prayer model, spiritual gifts and identity, evangelism, and other prayer training. (Click here)
We envision partnering with local church planters in Argentina to plant churches that hold Vineyard values but develop distinct Argentinean practices.
We look forward to being a church that enjoys the interdependent blessing of a church united in its diversity -young and old, rich and poor, and racially diverse. If we don’t value the unique distinctives of who we are and where we come from we will miss out on parts of the Kingdom of God that get revealed to a diverse population.
We believe God will lead us to develop a local family of 18 churches by 2035.
